How do I schedule a wedding venue tour?

If I am in the Gettysburg, PA area can I walk in without a scheduled venue tour?

We prefer that you make an appointment with Constance Tarbox, our Event Coordinator, by calling her at 717-334-7330 or emailing her at constance@gettysburgbattlefield.com . If you do choose to come to the property without an appointment we cannot guarantee that staff will be available to give you a venue tour or to answer any specific questions that you may have about the venue. You are, however, always welcome to pick up a wedding packet and brochure from our friendly and helpful staff.

What information must I provide to go on a wedding venue tour?

We require that you leave your first name, last name, phone number, and email to contact you with. We also request that you let us know what your prospective wedding date or date(s) are and an estimated total number of guests for your wedding ceremony and reception. This required information will help us better assist you in quoting you and finding an appropriate wedding package for you.

What is the duration of a wedding venue tour?

A wedding venue tour's duration depends on the nature and scope of your wedding ceremony and reception, so there is no exact time frame for a tour. If you have subsequent appointments elsewhere please let us know beforehand how much total time you have for your venue tour. This will give Constance the ability to show you as much as possible in the amount of time you have available.

What happens if I am late for a wedding venue tour with Debbie?

If you have not arrived on the property or called the tour will be automatically cancelled 20 minutes after the scheduled time. Cancelled tours can be rescheduled at a later date.
