Reenactor Appreciation Weekend
The Daniel Lady Farm will host a Reenactor Appreciation Weekend on March 21-23, 2025, with reenactor camping, house and barn tours, and presentations from the 1st West Virginia Artillery.

Summer In Gettysburg
Summer is when the town commemorates the anniversary of the Battle of Gettysburg. The battle occurred July 1, 2, 3, 1863. The commemoration includes a parade and reenactments on the closest weekend. The reenactment is held at the Daniel Lady Farm. Buy tickets in advance to see this spectacular Civil War Reenactment.
The Daniel Lady Farm will host a reenactment of the 162nd Battle of Gettysburg on July 4-6, 2025, with gates opening at 8:30 AM daily.

Reenactor Appreciation Weekend: The farm will also host a Reenactor Appreciation Weekend on March 21-23, 2025, with reenactor camping, house and barn tours, and presentations from the 1st West Virginia Artillery.
Opening Weekend: The farm's opening weekend, which coincides with the Reenactor Appreciation Weekend, is March 22-23, featuring demonstrations, onsite reenactors, and farmhouse and barn tours.
The Gettysburg National Military Park offers ranger tours and presentations during July and early August. If you are concerned that the park offerings may be limited in 2025, be reassured that the National Park Visitor Center is owned and operated by the Gettysburg Foundation, not by the federal government. The Gettysburg Licensed Battlefield Guides are also a private organization.
