How does breakfast service work?
Our evening host will help you set up your breakfast reservations for room service, service on the deck, the Solarium, the Sitting Room, or the Lincoln Room. We serve between 8 am and 9:30 am. Our group breakfast is at 8 am before our 9 am History Program.
What do we serve for breakfast at our inn?
Our guests rave about our delicious, generous breakfast plates! We combine a traditional breakfast menu with garden fresh ingredients, artistic presentations, and a touch of chef-inspired whimsy.
A typical breakfast will have a first-course fruit plate with a home-made baked good. This will be followed by a chef-inspired entree; pan-fried, seasoned farm potatoes, savory breakfast meats, and a whimsical garden garnish. Unlimited coffee, tea, and orange juice are available.
Special Diets
We can accommodate most special diets. Please let us know your needs when you make your reservations. If you don’t or can’t eat something, mention it when you make your reservation. We want to know! Give us enough lead time so that we can shop and prepare your special request. If we find out at 8 am when you arrive in the breakfast room, we will do our best, but we will do a much better job if we can plan.
