Celebrate Lincoln!

Join us and the Inns of the Gettysburg Area for the annual February 4th, 2017 Celebrate Lincoln event. Saturday morning tour the historic Train Station where President Lincoln arrived in town and the Wills House where he spent the night of Nov. 18.  Both properties are restored and give an interesting preview to the luncheon presentation by John McTague, a Licensed Town Guide, who will take us on a virtual tour of the National Cemetery, which will prepare us for a self guided tour of the cemetery after lunch.

We meet for lunch at 11 AM at the Dobbin House with John’s presentation first, followed by a luncheon buffet during which each guest will be introduced to President Abraham Lincoln, portrayed by Robert Costello.  After lunch we will be entertained with stories from President Abraham Lincoln including his Gettysburg visit. Adults and children are both encouraged to attend this exciting living history event.
